Working with Henry Bear's Park has been an exceptionally fun experience. They are dominating the toy market, both offline and online - more specifically, through their 8 physical locations as well as their online presence. This account was contracted to us through one of our white-label partners to fully manage their email account.
While working with Henry Bear, we were initially tasked with fixing their deliverability and setting up their core flows. Once Henry Bear saw how beneficial it was to have a great email partner, they then contracted us for complete account management. We were able to have email deliver a third of the brand's revenue & over $100K in revenue from their automated flows. It has been great partnering with such an enterprising brand in this capacity!
